Refund & Replacement Policy (Strict Unboxing Video Required)

To ensure a smooth refund or replacement process, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof of any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

1. Damaged or Defective Product

  • Record a continuous video from the moment you open the package, ensuring the product and packaging are clearly visible.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with the video as proof.
  • The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are subject to approval.

2. Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive an item different from your order, provide a full unboxing video showing the package label and contents.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with the video proof.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

Important Notes:

  • No unboxing video = No refund/replacement.
  • Edited, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted as proof.
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
