Refund & Replacement Policy (Strict Unboxing Video Required)
To ensure a smooth refund or replacement process, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof of any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
1. Damaged or Defective Product
- Record a continuous video from the moment you open the package, ensuring the product and packaging are clearly visible.
- If the item is damaged or defective, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with the video as proof.
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are subject to approval.
2. Incorrect Product Received
- If you receive an item different from your order, provide a full unboxing video showing the package label and contents.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with the video proof.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after verification.
Important Notes:
- No unboxing video = No refund/replacement.
- Edited, paused, or unclear videos will not be accepted as proof.
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.
